SHIPPING POLICY
Unless otherwise specified through direct contact with JGH Creative Timbers:
All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. The price of which will be added to your order upon check out. All expenses are documented in the invoice for your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To request the return of an item, please make sure the return policy met before sending any other correspondence. This is to expedite your request.
Please return the item as it was originally shipped.
(e.g. If your item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap within the appropriate size container or box, then please return the same way.)
Logistics will be discussed on a case by case basis.
What is your returns policy?
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT DEVIATION
We only accept returns due to transit/delivery damage.
[If the package is damaged when delivered please take these precautions]
When your product arrives:
Inspect it for damage
Take Clear High Definition photos with the Geo-Location turned ON.

1 of the box condition

1 of the product in the box immediately after opening

1 of each surface of your product
If the damage is present, you will then have evidence the product arrived disfigured.

E-mail the pictures, including picture metadata to the E-mail address provided on the Home Page by clicking the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page.

In the E-mail subject line please provide the following information:

Invoice Number
In the body of the e-mail please provide:

Reason for your E-mail

Damage assessed
Attach the Pictures to your e-mail message. JGH Creative Timber will then contact you within 72hrs of reading the email.
